How do I sign up for CAD ROOMS?
You can sign up directly on our website. Click the "Log in" or "Start Free Trial" button. You'll need to provide your email address, create a password, and verify your email to get started.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. We offer a 14-day free trial of the Team Plan. This gives you full access to core features like collaboration and version control so you can evaluate the platform risk-free. No charge is made until the trial ends.
What plans are available?
CAD ROOMS offers three main plans:
- Team Plan: Best for small teams (1-5 users). Includes core PDM features.
- Business Plan: For growing organizations (5+ users). Adds ECOs, Audit Logs, and compliance tools.
- Enterprise Plan: For large scale needs. Custom integrations, security, and support.
What's the difference between Team and Business plans?
- Team Plan: Focuses on file management, version control, and basic release. Great for small, agile teams.
- Business Plan: Adds Process Control. Includes Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), formal approval workflows, and detailed Audit Logs for compliance.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Go to Workspace Settings → Billing → Manage Plan.
- Upgrade: You can upgrade anytime. Changes take effect immediately.
- Downgrade: Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
How does billing work?
Billing is based on the number of paid seats (Workspace Members/Admins) in your workspace. You are billed either monthly or annually (annual plans typically offer a discount). Guests are free.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will downgrade or deactivate according to the cancellation terms.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).
For Enterprise plans, we can also support invoicing / bank transfer.
